All Great Getaways promotional products are Non Refundable but fully Transferable. If you can't use the certificates then simply give them to friends or family so that they can take advantage.
All certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
All accommodation packages are subject to availability as stated by the accommodation provider.
Great Getaways accepts no liability for the condition of service or accommodation provided by the accommodation provider but makes all efforts to ensure that any accommodation offered is delivered as per the descriptions provided in any of Great Getaways marketing material.
All pricing is subject to change. Great Getaways will ensure that any pricing changes are made to promotional material within 24 hours of receipt from the accommodation provider and will expressly communicate in our Newsletter. Should you not have internet or email access, please don't hesitate to contact one of our consultants who will be more than happy to assist you over the phone.
Great Getaways accommodation certificates do not act as a direct deposit to the accommodation provider and you may be required to pay a deposit to secure your booking. This will be communicated to you once the booking has been confirmed. In some instances the accommodation provider may require full payment upon booking confirmation.
It is a requirement of the customer to produce the accommodation certificate/s to Great Getaways via phone or fax at the commencement of your visit. Should a discrepancy arise, you should contact Great Getaways directly to make any confirmations necessary.
Should you wish to change your accommodation destination, this is not a problem. Simply call or email and we will organise this for you. Please be aware that some accommodation providers may not refund a deposit due to member cancellations policies.
Conditions, surcharges and exclusions to specific accommodation may apply and will be stated within the Pricing Rates as displayed on the individual accommodation listings within the Great Getaways website.
In the event that the accommodation certificates are lost or misplaced, they can be replaced but any replacements may incur a standard administration fee.
Although it is stated that the certificates can be used for up to a 7 night stay, this does not signify that this is the maximum length of stay that must be taken. Should a further period of stay be required, you are able to utilise further certificates in order to gain a further discount.
The member is responsible for any further charges, such as food or telephone charges that may be personally incurred by the member, unless otherwise stated on the Pricing Rates as displayed on the individual accommodation listings within the Great Getaways website.
If for any reason a nominated accommodation provider is unavailable to provide accommodation after a booking confirmation is made, Great Getaways will make every effort to organise the member accommodation of a similar or higher standard.
