Q: How to book my accommodation?
A: Once you have purchased your pack, your vouchers can be
redeemed by simply emailing us or calling us on our toll free number. You do
not need to wait for the package to be delivered in order to make bookings.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes you can
Q: Can I buy a voucher for friends or family?
A: Yes you can, you just give us their details and we will
send the pack out.
Q: What is the Postage and Handling fee for?
A: We pride ourselves in providing you with a FULL Service
delivery of quality goods. The postage and handling fee goes towards paying
staff expenses, office accommodation and furnishings, packing costs, direct
mail costs, staff’s time at the post office etc. We hope you see the total cost
to you as excellent value.
Q: When will I receive my pack?
A: Within 21 business days
Q: Can two apartments be booked at the same time by one
member?
A: Yes but you will need to buy two packs. As a member you
can only book one accommodation at one time.
Q: What if I have 2 children and 2 adults in my family?
A: Each membership covers up to 6 people.
Q: Can I request specific accommodation when I want to book
my holiday?
A: Priority will be given to your first preference and
thereafter your 2nd, 3rd and 4th options in order. We suggest that you book and
confirm as early as possible to ensure availability at your first choice.
Q: Can I redeem my voucher for cash if I am unable to
travel?
A: No, these cannot be sold, redeemed for cash, bartered or
traded. You can transfer or gift these vouchers to anyone.
Q: How long does the booking take to process?
A: On receiving a call or an email, we would like to process
at the earliest.
Q: If I purchase a pack now and want to book next month, do
I have to wait for my pack to arrive?
A: No, you can simply contact us on our toll free number or
email us and we will be more than happy to serve you.
